Finance Ministry says cancels Wednesday’s OFZ bond auction

MOSCOW, Mar 23 (PRIME) -- The Finance Ministry has cancelled auctions of Russia’s OFZ federal bonds scheduled for Wednesday due to higher volatility on the  financial markets, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

The Russian Government Bond Index (RGBI) fell by 0.85% on Tuesday to around 144, the lowest level since late March 2020, according to the Moscow Exchange.
